Common questions

My purchased packs aren’t showing on a new device.

Open Nozomu → the You tab → Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Can I turn the sounds off?

Yes — the You tab has toggles for both sound and haptics. Nozomu also always respects your phone’s silent switch.

When does the daily puzzle change?

At midnight, your local time. Everyone in the world solves the same puzzle on the same date.

I found a puzzle that seems unsolvable.

Every Nozomu puzzle is machine-verified to be solvable by pure logic with no guessing before it ships — but if something feels wrong, email us the puzzle name and we’ll look immediately.
